Its not been long since I started using Apple Cider Vinegar on my hair. I
started using it in March this year,
and we’re nearing the end of May now.
I have stated previously in posts such as My Hair Story tag about my
hair problems. The bottom half of my hair
is dry - damaged. Any chemical
based product I used failed to cure it from being damaged. To top it off, I
also started getting dandruff. My hair was pretty much the definition of
damaged goods.

BBLUNT Climate Control Anti-Frizz Leave-In Cream Review
I’ve never used leave-in
conditioners before this BBlunt
Anti-Frizz Leave-In Cream. My hair is dry-damaged.
I don’t have thick hair but its not thin either. I am using the L’Oreal
Mythic Oil serum but I
decided to replace it with the BBlunt Anti-Frizz Leave-In Cream to see how it
fares.

BBlunt Intense Moisture Conditioner for Seriously Dry Hair
BBlunt claims their products
are specially
formulated for Indian hair, in my opinion, that’s just a marketing gimmick. I like a lot of
L’Oreal products that aren’t specially formulated for indian hair, which is why
I believe that its all just statement. Today, I'm going to write about the BBlunt Intense Moisture Conditioner, a product I have been using for a couple of months now.
BBlunt Claims:
This moisture-rich conditioner makes out-of-control hair manageable. It smoothens, softens and adds shine. Show your hair some love.
Enliven Silicone Free Hair Conditioners Review - Mango and Passionfruit, Raspberry and Red Apple, Kiwi and Fig
I
haven’t talked in detail about any hair conditioners on my blog because most of
them have stopped working on my hair in 6 months. So I really had nothing to
talk about them. Enliven Hair Conditioners are a little different
because they are silicone free, so I felt like sharing my
thoughts on them. I started out with the Mango & Passionfruit variant,
however when I let my mom & sister try it out, they loved it a lot so they
purchased the remaining variants – Raspberry & Red apple, Kiwi
& Fig for themselves. All three literally perform the same,
the only difference is the fragrance. Raspberry & Red Apple
smells the best.
My Experience with Enliven Hair Conditioners :
Hair Product : Ginerva Olive Oil Hair Cream Review
Hi everyone,
I’m going to review a hair product today. It is the Ginerva Olive Oil hair cream that was a part of a haul I did in February (see here). I haven’t heard anything about it but its ingredients list is quite interesting. Most hair products have a bunch of silicones or mineral oil on the top of their ingredients lists but the Ginerva Olive Oil Hair Cream has olive oil listed as the second ingredient, which I feel is pretty awesome. This is one of the reasons why I was excited to try it out, I felt that it could serve as a singular styling & nutritional product for my hair.

Price: S$4.5 / Rs. 213
Qty: 100 g / 3.5 fl. oz.
Availability: As of now, in Singapore.
Ingredients:
Company Claims:
‘Reduces
split ends, makes hair soft & smooth’
A
unique & non greasy formula with olive oil to effectively nourish,
condition, smoothen and style hair. It also contains Chamomile oil that can
restore dull hair, reduce oily hair, split ends and protect it against harmful
UV rays.
My experience with Ginerva Olive Oil Hair
Cream :
My hair: waist length, medium thick, very dry, gets in to knots easily, has split ends, gets frizzy around the crown.
Although it isn’t written explicitly, I
feel that this hair cream is a serum. I use it when my hair is all rinsed out
but still damp. I need just a tiny pea sized amount – like any other serum. I
have medium thick hair, not thin but not voluminous either (:[ ) so I need to take care to apply the
right amount, too much will make my hair greasy. I take care to apply it first
to the hair below ear and whatever is left I apply it to my crown. Then I comb
through my hair
After effects:
My hair gets frizzy around the crown part
and after I apply the Ginerva Olive Oil Hair Cream, it doesn’t get as frizzy.
It also makes my hair and ends smooth and soft, just like it claims. My hair
also knots less frequently. I feel that it is more effective if I blow dry and
comb my hair after I apply it. Sadly, the effects are not long lasting, my hair
is dry again after 1.5-2 days.
Overall Verdict: 3.5/5
I really wish that the Ginerva Olive Oil
Hair Cream gave me long lasting smoothness coz I really need some in my hair!
With all its good ingredients, its worth a try as it really works in smoothing
hair and making it less frizzy. If you get a chance to purchase it from
Singapore department stores or online, do check it out, the price doesn’t hurt
either.
L'Oreal 6 Oil Nourish Extraordinary Oil Scalp+Hair in India - Review,photos,price + How I Use It
I’ve never tried any fancy hair oils for my hair. I always feel they’re all talk with nothing
to show. I had been thinking of getting argan oil though, but its hard to find
that in India at a reasonable price. While I was contemplating buying the L’Oreal
Hair Spa oil, L’Oreal India released this Extraordinary oil featuring 6 nutritive
oils. Since its more easier to get because it doesn’t require me to go to a L’Oreal
Salon, I picked it up. Its priced lesser than the Hair Spa oils and claims to
have more nutritive benefits.
Qty:100ml
Price: Rs.199
L’Oreal Claims:
Backed by years of experience in hair care innovation for
women around the world, L’Oreal Paris has created 6 Oil Nourish specifically
for Indian women and the products are suitable for all hair types. The range
has been created using 6 unique micro oils which penetrate deep into the scalp
&provide your hair with utmost nourishment and care.
The L'Oréal Paris 6 Oil Nourish range contains a unique
combination of three traditional oils – almond, coconut and olive oil; and
three exotic oils – argan, camelina and jojoba oil. These 6 unique oils in the
range work together, to make your hair strong, shiny, smooth, soft, thick and
manageable.
A
unique blend of 6 micronized oils to infuse intense nutrition deep in scalp and
hair and provide the 6 qualities of beautiful healthy hair with no heaviness,
no greasiness. The first hair oil from L'Oréal Paris is a must-have for
healthy, nourished hair that give you an extra touch of glamour
That’s a lot of claims for a single hair oil to satisfy, isn’t
it? Read on to find out if it can.
My take on L'Oreal 6 Oil Nourish Extraordinary Oil:
My hair type: mildly oily scalp, dry ends, naturally
shiny and strong. Naturally straight as well, but its wavy on many days. My hair
is somewhere between thick and thin.
